Essential for a Thai Green Curry, or Jamaican Curried Goat with Rice & Peas, coconut block can be inserted anywhere you would use coconut milk. In fact, coconut block can be made into coconut milk by simply adding 100g to 400ml hot water. This gives you more space on your kitchen shelves than regular tinned milk.

Preparation and Usage
- To make your coconut milk:
- Pour 400ml boiling water into a jug and add 100g Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut Block. Stir until dissolved.
- The product may turn to liquid under warm conditions but this will not affect its quality or performance.
