  • The Blue Dragon Thai Massaman curry kit features FOUR pouches: one of massaman curry paste, one of coconut milk, one of peanuts and one of dry spices. When combined during the cooking process they create a vibrant Thai curry for two people. Blue Dragon recommend supplementing the pad thai with diced beef, onions and potatoes, but you can add any protein and vegetables that you like. Or not.

Coconut Milk (74%) [Coconut Extract, Water, Stabiliser (E466)], Thai Massaman Curry Paste (18%) [Coconut Cream, Lemongrass, Shallot (1.5%), Red Chillies (1%), Sugar, Garlic (1.5%), Galangal, Dried Red Chillis (1%), Salt, Palm Sugar, Clove, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Yeast Extract Powder, Cardamom, Antioxidant (Tocopherol-rich extract), Cinnamon, White Pepper], Split Peeled Peanuts (7%), Dried Whole Spices (1%) [Red Chillies(0.7%), Star Anise(0.3%)].

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Preparation and usage

  • Sizzle: Fry 1 small onion (chopped) for 1 min, then ad the meat and fry until sealed, then add the paste, gently frying for a further 1 minute.
  • Stir: Add 2 small potatoes (diced), coconut milk and 100ml water, bring to boil then simmer for 10 mins.
  • Simmer: Add the peanuts & dry spices and simmer for a further 5 mins. Served with steamed rice and enjoy!
