• The Blue Dragon Katsu curry kit features three pouches: one of japanese panko breadcrumbs, one of curry sauces and one of batter mix. When cooking, you simply batter and breadcrumb chicken breasts before serving with the pre-prepared curry sauce and steamed rice. Perfect for two people.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Preparation and usage

• Coat: Combine the batter mix with water then coat the chicken or veggies, dip the coated chicken/veg into the panko breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
• Sizzle: Shallow fry the breaded chicken/veg for 5 minutes each side, or until golden and cooked through.
• Simmer: Warm the Katsu curry sauce in a saucepan for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!
