Keep frozen.

Preparation and Usage

  • Cook from frozen. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Microwave and Oven: Take care when removing film lid, as hot steam may escape. Allow tray to stand to regain rigidity. Do not reheat once cooled. 

  • Microwave-

  • 1. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a non-metallic plate.
    2. Cook on Full Power: 700W 5 mins/800W 5 mins/900W 5 Mins
    3. Peel back film lid, stir gravy and mash separately and re-cover.
    4. Cook on Full Power for a further: 700W 3 1/2 Mins/800W 3 Mins/900W 2 1/2 Mins
    5. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
    6. Check that food is piping hot before serving.

  • Oven cook-

  • 1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 or Fan Oven 180°C.
    2. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places.
    3. Place container on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 30 minutes.
    4. Peel back film lid, stir gravy and mash separately and re-cover.
    5. Return to oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.
    6. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
    7. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
