A tin of chunky vegetable soup. Traditionally eaten with buttered bread. Can be kept warm in a insulated thermos-type flask for a hot meal when walking, working or otherwise away from a kitchen. Because soup is quite liquid, it is sometimes considered to be a drink, however the vegetables mean you probably should have some sort of cutlery. Other (less chunk-riddled) types of soup are available.
Water, Vegetables (28%) (in variable proportions: Carrot, Potato, Garden Peas, Onion, Swede), Tomato Purée, Cooked Pasta (Water, Durum Wheat Semolina), Modified Maize Starch, Haricot Beans , Sugar, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Concentrated Carrot Juice, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Garlic Powder, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring (contains Celery), Oregano Extract, Parsley Extract
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened empty, cover and refrigerate. Use within 2 days. For Best Before End date, see end of can.
Preparation and Usage
Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
